Change-of-mind returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please check the design, size and product details before placing your order. Posters are sold unframed.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your poster arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact support@blickli.ch promptly after discovering the issue. Include your order number and, where possible, photos of the poster and packaging so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions if a return is needed.

This change-of-mind policy does not limit your legal rights in relation to defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
