Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver within Switzerland only. Standard shipping costs CHF 6.90 per order.

When will my poster arrive?

Estimated delivery is 4–7 business days after placing your order. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date. See our shipping policy for details.

What size are the posters?

Every poster measures 50 × 70 cm in portrait format.

Is a frame included?

No. Your order includes the poster only. The framed room images are styling examples; frames and other room furnishings are not included.

Will the colours look exactly like my screen?

Screen settings and room lighting can affect how colours appear. The printed colours may vary slightly from the images on your device.

How should I display my poster?

Choose a frame designed for a 50 × 70 cm print. Keep your poster away from moisture and prolonged direct sunlight.

Can I return or exchange a poster?

We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Please check the design and size before ordering. This does not limit your legal rights for damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied goods. Read our return and refund policy.

What if my order arrives damaged or is incorrect?

Email support@blickli.ch promptly with your order number and, where possible, photos of the poster and packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back.
